Yes the MRI scan I had in December caused a return of my tinnitus. So be careful, wear ear plugs beneath the earphones.

I used Nasonex for a month and the low-pitched tinnitus gradually disappeared.
None of that came back, i just got palatal myoclonus, which completely reversed any progress I made with the tinnitus.
