“Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.” - One of Murphy's law :/ My experiences about tinnitus treatments (mainly for people with acustic trauma(AT) induced tinnitus): 1. Most important are first 24 hours after AT. Go to the ENT imediatelly. 2. Corticosteroids influsions will help you (1mg/1kg of your weight, once per day, for 10 days) 3. big doses of vitamines A, E, C, potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, N-acetylcysteine antioxidant (10 days minimum). BIG DOSES. 4. Avoid noisy places, but don't be on very quiet places (for example, good is 40-50 db music or white/pink noise). Stressed hair cells have to work constantly to sail out reactive oxygen species from them. 5. Try oxygen chamber treatment (as soon as possible after AT). My biggest fault (in my life) was, i didn't go to ENT imediatelly, but after 10 days and my treatment was unsucesfull. Stressed hair cells usually dies 5 days after AT.
