Hi All,
I've joined the forum 8 months ago when I experienced extremely loud T following ear cleaning.
I wish I had better news to report but I am not doing well with this. It seems for the past week and a half my T has been easily 8.5/10 and has not gone down. I still take .5mg klonopin at night to sleep and that seems to do nothing during the day.
2 months ago a T specialist wrote me out a prescription for Zoloft which I still have yet to take although I feel I should cause my mood and thoughts are in the gutter.
But then you read so many things. One study said that it showed some people do well on it and it improves their acceptance and quality of life. Then there are the people who basically call you out for taking it saying that it was the worse thing you could have done.
I am not even sure why I am posting this today. I know up here in Boston we have been experiencing all the seasons in 2 week span from 70 degree weather to -9 wiht windchill yesterday so maybe that has something to do with it.
Anyways I hope ya'll are getting better and hopefully one day there will be a cure for this monster.
