A Great First Day!

As some of you know Ive really been struggling. I went to see another psychiatrist.
We talked about health which is awful. Then we spoke about meds.
Ive been taking Trazodon for 2.5 years. I never was fond of it. But sometimes we get strung along and we end up with a med that isnt right for you. She pulled the trazodon and gave me 8 mg of Rozarem for sleep.
I slept, didn't wake up with exhaustion and guess what? You guessed it my T was way down and my Hpperacusis is way way down. Ok I know about drug rebounding can last a few day until you hit a wall. Ill be letting you know how it turns out! Lord I feel great. Im going for a walk!

So do you think it was the good night's sleep that lower your T and H or do you think the drug that did it? Either way, I'm happy you're feeling better.

Sleep is critical. Use the aids that are available. If one doesn't work try another. Glad to read you are doing better.

So far three nights and Im doing better the T is down in the morning but is up at night.
So far no crash from 2.5 years of trazadon. Quite it cold, as per the dr.s instructions.
