        Sleep is the killer! I've been able to sleep much better now and it's really where tinnitus has been most bothersome to me. Without sleep, we can't function.

    Loud Music/Headset.
    I'm someone that's struggled with depression & anxiety for many years. T is the most recent in a long list of personal struggles. It wasn't the first and it won't be the last. I'm currently recovering and getting more involved with volunteer work to build up my resume.

    It's been a month since my T started, and it has its ups and downs. I'm doing my best to not let it define me as a person. I'm a tall, affectionate, albeit quiet friend. I enjoy PC gaming, but recognize it as both an addiction and a time-sink and am getting more involved in volunteer work.

    I'm planning on volunteering with a local retirement community and getting involved with a farmer's market later this year. I enjoy reading, netflix/amazon prime, gaming and going out with friends. I'm a nerdy dork that's slowly figuring out what they want to do with their life.
