A Loud Punch of a Wrench Causing a Rather Loud and Sonorous Sound Striking My Ear

      04/2017
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      ototoxicity
      Today I worked on a garden plot, repaired the crane. I twisted the nut with a large spanner, and the other lied on the ground. After the nut broke, I got excited, and threw the wrench on the ground, it fell on the one that lied on the ground. There was a rather loud and sonorous sound that struck my ear.

      Do you think this is dangerous?

      I can not stand metallic loud sounds.
