I have lost some of my high frequencies 3 months ago.

Can somebody tell that my tinnitus will go away and my hearing get some regeneration. Is it even possible?

It's unlikely that your hearing will regenerate, but your T may go away (or just morph into something easier to deal with).
What does your audiogram look like?

Did you do anything to treat your acoustic trauma? Sometimes people are prescribed Prednisone or some HBOT treatments... what did you do?

I was given Encorton steroids but a month after accident. It didnt help me.

Yes that is probably too late to help unfortunately.

You could look into HBOT, but I wouldn't expect miracles.
Your ears can still heal naturally, and it's not uncommon for people in your situation to get better with the simple passing of time, but there is indeed a chance that your losses will either only partially recover or not recover at all. Nobody can really predict it, I'm afraid.

Short of that, you could try some sound therapy (ACRN, windowed white noise, notched music therapy, etc...), which is going to target the Tinnitus, not your hearing loss. But it may be a bit too early to start a therapy like that: you don't know how your hearing and tinnitus are trending yet.

Let's hope research brings some solutions to these hearing problems.

My T is getting less reactive to other sounds. I am eating nigella sativa oil 2 x 1 spoon (morning, night), It was first silent night for me. Now its shhhhhh in stead of piiiiiiiii. and volume is lower too.
Other supplements: Ashwagandha 2x500 mg 5% withanolides, Ginkgo Biloba 2 x 120 mg, B12 - 1000µg, Omega 1000mg, L-Tyrosine 500 mg, Rhaponticum carthamoides rhizome infusion, hawthorn fruit infusion, mineral complex (Mg, Se Ca, Zn...).

I have some question to people that suffered from acustic trauma. Mayby someone would know what is the time of hearing regeneration after trauma. Is it possible that regeneration can happen after months?
