I have been assigned neck stretches to do by the doctor, the problem is because I get shoulder spasm/ twitches I've hit the bottom front part of my ear with my shoulder more than once.
I'm worried I might have damaged my middle or inner ear bones, as on these occasions I've felt a feeling of fullness in the ear. But, no lasting aches or pain.
This has been a source of anxiety for me recently, the kind which comes from a history of bad experiences.
I just wanted to know how susceptible the ear is to an incident such as this. I also have TTS/facial problems frequently, so I wanted to know if it was possible that knocking the ear caused a TTS like response.
Thank you.
