Indeed you have a point Tommi but unfortunately easier said than done in the early stages of tinnitus as you know.

Absolutely, I do know it's not easy for newcomers, I remember when mine first happened.. it can be challenging and frightening.

However over the years it has come on in different forms (mostly as a hiss) I've learnt to be more relaxed about it .

I'm sure the same will be for many other newcomers in time.
