Alcohol and Coffee

Hi!
So, drinking alcohol increases my tinnitus alot, its like 3 times higher when i drink alcohol.
Drinking coffee makes my tinnitus louder in my left ear (not as much as alcohol).

Whats the science behide this? Why is alcohol and coffee increasing my tinnitus? If they know the cause, how hard can it be to make a drug with opposid effect?
