Sure. Just go to the Support Forum (I think that's the best place for it). Up on the main page, you will a little gray box that says "Post New Thread." Click on it. You will see a box for a short title (maybe something like "What Sleep Meds Work for You," whatever you want). Then you can just paste in what you already posted here or redo it. You might mention you previously posted this in Introductions, to clarify, but its not required.

Did you throw in the towel for music or just stopped playing gigs?

 

I stop playing the way I did, but I kept playing for myself, not as much as I would like, but just enough not to forget how much I love playing music

 

Moving from headphones to monitors in my studio made a big difference for me. Although I still need to watch my monitor levels because if I'm in the grove writing a project sound levels tend to slowly move up and up the more I get into it.

 

Haha I know the feeling, what do you play man ?
