Alternating Anxiety Level Depending on Whether My Tinnitus Is More on the Left or Right Side

I realized besides the alternating patterns of my tinnitus (more on the left side - easier to manage vs. more on the right side, with hearing distortions, reactivity), I also have alternating anxiety. On the „left“ days the anxiety is manageable, I get along, don’t fear too much. On the „right“ days the anxiety is through the roof in the morning, I can’t leave the house, even when the tinnitus is low.

Can anyone relate? I think I’m familiar with these patterns but, before my worsening, both states were manageable. Now it’s on/off for me...

 

Is nobody familiar with this kind of pattern?
