Ambien, Benadryl, etc... For Sleep

      Tinnitus Since:
      April 2016
      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Unknown
      Been taking all of these to get some decent sleep. Hope it works and I don't come back on in the next few hours. To say it didn't. And some relaxing tea added into the mix also. Hoping to get six straight hours. Hopefully!
