Anyone Ever Have Tingling Sensation Somewhere on Head in Concert with Tinnitus?

Over the last year, I've noticed several times when my T in my right ear will really be going off in a specific way (little different than normal), I get this very light tingling sensation at the top of my skull or back behind my ear or something.

Anyone ever experience something similar?

 

Yes.

 

I sometimes get an electrical sensation running across my scalp on the top of my head. I believe all of my symptoms including tinnitus and hyperacusis are migraine-induced. I suspect the scalp sensation probably is as well.
