Does anyone have any long duration mp3 files for masking, that they would be willing to share, to help me cope at night?

thanks for any help and replies

Not sure if you are willing to spend money right now but I came across this by chance because my cousin has one. It's convenient because then you don't have to deal with mp3's, phones, iPod docks etc. You just turn it on, choose your volume, and choose the white noise frequency that suits you best (theres 4 main tones and then a +/- tone adjustment button to further customize the white noise sound). After that every time you turn it on the settings will be the same (unless you unplug it) and it can also run on battery for if you are travelling. I was using my tv all the time playing youtube white noise videos but this is just so much easier for me. love mine, and worth the investment in my opinion to help with sleep difficulties due to tinnitus.

we bought one of those already but it arrived broken in the mail, we're supposed to get a replacement soon. I need some sound files to listen to at work and reading at home.

I've got a few possibilities. I have nice but old Sansa Fuse mp3 player.... or I could burn to disc and play via computer.

check out mynoise.net You can play them from your computer or an internet connected phone (although it would use up data usage on a phone)

currently I'm using a channel on Spotify called Sleep. Its ok... but unless you pay for it, you get commercials.. not exactly relaxing ;-)
