Anyone Here with General Aviation Experience?

Does anyone here have any kind of Flying license or Experience with General Aviation air planes such as the piston engine Cessna or similar ??!
My question is I'm desperate to know whether even with a very good headsets I'm wondering if someone got a permanent spike or any worsening from flying these kind of piston engine planes
I'm desperate to know I really am depressed that I've stopped flying and enjoying the world from the top this shit sucks

 

Hey man, just seen this thread, probably way too old by now but you should be okay if you wear a good pair of noise cancelling headsets I think
