Anyone Know If the Drug Tezampanel Will Get Approved and Might Help with Hyperacusis?

I know this is old news but I figured I would post it and see if anyone knows anything about it. It says this drug is an AMPA antagonist and that it can help with sound sensitivity. Developed by Ely Lilly. I can only find the drug available for research purposes.
