Anyone Tried Myolax?

Has anyone tried Myolax? It's a muscle relaxant that is not ototoxic I think, I tried and it made my tinnitus severity go down, the tinnitus was still there but it was very very manageable, today it's loud again and I will take one table again (4mg).
