I don't work in a warehouse but in addition to my regular office job, I freelance as a cameraman in a sports arena. It can be very loud during games/events. It was a very tough environment to work in the first several months with my T because I also had hyperacusis. Now it is no big deal for me. I always wear ear plugs. Sometimes it spikes my T, sometimes not, but I will tell you that it never made my T permanently worse and it has been a few years now.

I've worn ear protection as earmuffs, ear plugs, cotton, even an audio hearing aid but everything makes my T and H much worse. Plus my ears hurt like the feeling of pain.
