Are Cleaning Jets Safe?

Ever since that, rather traumatic, visit to the ear doctor the other week, I’ve been kind of afraid of using cotton swabs. That being said, leaving the ears unclean probably isn’t a good idea either long term. So yesterday I bought a little bottle of some kind of jet spray that you’re supposed to spray in your ear to make the wax melt… but today I started wondering whether that’s safe to use with tinnitus. Does anyone have any experience with those?

 

I would not use it ..I wouldn't take any risk .
