Arthrocentesis — Experiences?

I have only tinnitus in my right ear, and when I'm beaten the noise increases.

I did a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and there was a little inflammation in the right ear besides an overload in the muscles.

The doctor recommended an Arthrocentesis, but he did not guarantee that the tinnitus will go away.

Has anyone done this?
