Hello all. I have been using the AudioNotch app for about 5 days and I swear my tinnitus is getting louder and almost changing tones.

Has anyone experienced this? Is this temporary or should I expect changes like that and give it time?

      Thanks!

I had to try 10 different frequencies to find the right range, so just wondering how many frequencies you've tried?

I have tried a bunch of different ones but really +/- 14 kHz. Have you had any positive experiences with the app? It's only been less than a week for me.

I've had that when I was using it with the wrong tone. Try looking for your suspected tone again.

      Hey, I found this today:

      https://www.audionotch.com/

Anyone heard of this or tested it? I'm tempted to give it a shot, but it's like 40$ for 2 months.
Not that much of a loss, especially since you can get your money back within 30 days. I would love to get your two cents about this so I can make an informed decision.

I tried AudioNotch years ago. The program wasn't working properly and I asked for a refund. Got the runaround for weeks even after admitting to glitches in the program. Finally contacted my credit card company and got them to stop payment.

I do like their free tone generator and easily found my tinnitus pitch. Problem was that the tone generator spiked my tinnitus after use.
