Background Noise

I am 6 weeks in with T and still have a hard time falling asleep without a head set on with back ground noise. I am using a white noise machine as well but still can't seem to mask the T all the time. Any advise and different masking sounds and how long I should use them? I Have a set of BOSE noise cans headphone I play the Cicadas sound threw but on a low to med level. Would really like to hear others ideas on this and another way to get some sleep minus pills.

 

This is my favourite. I play it via iPad speakers in the bedroom. Perfect for me!
