I was wondering what you guys take, aside from sudo, for your sinuses.

I've always had sinus issues but lately it's been causing a full/clogged ear feeling which I can't put up with..

Just wondering what a good decongestant is that isn't as full on as Sudo.. (basically meth lol.)

Has anyone tried a nasal decongestant (like Afrin) for three days, and had their tinnitus decrease? I have negative pressure in the middle ear, even though I don't really have sinus issues, and wondering if this will help.

I have one on order. Do you use it as just strictly steam, or have you tried essential oils as well?
