Also once sat on a vibration plate machine (didn't know what it was) during some physio and they switched it on. Took me a very short period of time to realise it was bad. I got off super quickly but it messed me up for over a week - bad. In fact, might have made things worse overall.

I'm glad to hear things got better for you hopefully things get better for me also as I'm experiencing a spike from physical therapy electrical shots :/

Sorry to hear that. I wonder how the electrical zaps would have spiked it. Was it the little electrodes they put on that tingle or the shockwave therapy?
