Burning Pain Sensation in the Ears After Loud Music

4 months ago I had an acoustic trauma.

A few days ago I was at a picnic. I wore earplugs. Not far from me, the company listened to music at a loud volume and danced. I was there for about 5-10 minutes and immediately left as it was loud, even with earplugs.

My tinnitus did not increase right after the exposure. But a few days later I have a burning sensation in the ears (somewhere inside).

NAC and Magnesium do not help.

I need advice.

 

The only thing you can do is let your ears rest.
