Can Anyone Else "Feel" Their Tinnitus?

I can literally feel it. It's a vibration in my head. I can't feel it with my fingers when I touch my head but it's like I can feel my head vibrating inside just with my nerves in my head.

Well the auditory nerve is directly connected to the facial nerve so it is possible

Its far more likely to be muscular tinnitus of things like the ridiculously unknown middle ear muscles than nerves in the brain

Not really feel as in pain, but it feels like a pissed off nerve.
