I just use a sodium bicarbonate ear drop to remove ear wax and right after I drain all the fluid out I noticed that the sounds aren't as loud as before.

My left ear, the one with tinnitus, has a t-tube in it and I wonder if the ear drop has any effects on my hearing.

my t-tube looks sort of like the "A" one

I'm not sure that it's safe, since what you put in your ear canal is going to end up in your middle ear (via the tube).
The ear drops I used to use to remove wax had to be put in for about 10 minutes before being drained out. With the tube, whatever wax gets dissolved could potentially migrate to the middle ear, making it harder to come out.
