Can One Have Both Eustachian Tube Disorders at the Same Time?

Talking about Patulous Eustachian Tube, and Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. I seem to be having both in my affected ear, although I have no idea if it can be that way. Sometimes I seem to have symptoms of PET, others ETD.

Can one experience both at the same time?

Seems like I experience both as well. I couldn't figure out which one I have. Until I realized I must have both. If that's possible.

Not really. I do get the clicking/crackling noise, and my affected ear feels full at times.
