      Cause of Tinnitus:
      Neck issues and/or loud music
I was only wondering? I recently, only about a week ago, my ears started ringing (it feels more like my left one) after some neck adjustments and chiropractor visits. I'm praying to god that my condition would improve, I was able to sleep last night without the use of sound boxes or sleep medication. I'm frightened about it getting louder :(

I ordered a Lectrofan sound box just in case, but I don't know if I should use it? Can it make things worse? Has anyone experienced more complications with the use of a sound box? Please advice.

Try the sound machine and see if it helps you. If it does, I see no reason you should stop using it. Many people use them, particularly at night to help them sleep. Just remember to keep the volume lower than your tinnitus. That's important.
