Can Yelling/Shouting Make Your Tinnitus Worse

One problem less... But a new one from the spike. I also have 6 dif tones, very high volume.
It's very hard to live like this

 

Ok, i am so sorry. I was playing football with my frienda and yelled my left ear felt little bit fulled an hour ago now it is feeling almost normal but i will go now and read to my history test. I love you and wish that your tinnitus will end. And you know what bill i think it will. I am positive.

 

I wonder if stress can make the ears more vulnerable to acoustic trauma?
