After taking L-Carnosine, unfortunately my T increased and had to stop taking after just 4 days.

I took 2 mg of Klonopin for about two years . I slowly tapered off of it 1st to 1 mg . And then year later I took two months to taper off to zero. When I was using it , It did seem to help lower the tinnitus and definitely made sleep easier . I didn't have much trouble tapering off -- each time I came down .25 mg the tinnitus would increase, then settle back down --although about two months later the tinnitus started increasing perhaps due to the fact that I was no longer taking the Klonopin .

About four months after stopping entirely I decided to go back on it although now it doesn't seem to be having much effect on the tinnitus . I'm taking 1.5 mg .
