Certain Part of a Video Plays a Whistling Sound in the Background — Does Anyone Else Hear It?

This may be a dumb question, but I'm wondering if I'm the only one hearing it. The clip involves some music and people talking, but I hear the whistling in the background. I assume if I'm the only one, I have some kind of recent hearing damage (I accidentally blasted my ears a couple days ago but no noticeable side effects). Even when I pause the video, it sounds like I can still partially hear the whistling noise.
