So I've made so much progress mentally and tinnitus wise in the past couple of months. But recently I feel like there is a change of pitch in my tinnitus. It went from kind of like a neutral windy type humming to a high pitched annoying ringing (it is quieter though).
Does anybody know what factors may cause this. Haven't really been doing anything too different -- except maybe I started masking at night with a pretty quiet air cleaner thing.
But it's never really over 45 dB in my room.
