Changing Tone — Somedays Lower and Other Days Higher Pitched

I noticed that my tinnitus changes tone from one day to the next. Some days it's a low sound other days a high sound with other sounds in there too. When I am in a quiet room it's like tinnitus fireworks. The longer I sit in quiet the more tones start to pop out and increase in volume. Anyone else have this?

Tinnitus can change in sound and strength day to day and for most people a quiet room can make sounds seem louder and need sound therapy around to help our brain filter out the tinnitus sound and cause us less stress.
