I have been tested for almost everything...

Possible issues: cochlear hydrops, patulous eustachian tube, pulsatile tinnitus, not sure from what.

      MRI with and without contrast
      CT Angiography
      CT Temporal Bone

      Many audiograms

      ECOG
      VEMP
      Carotid ultrasound

      TMJ mouth splint made...

The past couple days my pulsing and ear fullness has been really aggravated all of a sudden and it has been clicking as well and driving me mad... my hearing and static tinnitus is worse because these other symptoms are aggravated.

I am supposed to do an MRI to detect cochlear hydrops specifically in two weeks as opposed to my prior MRI which was just to see about a tumor...

Any advice appreciated, am at my wits' end... Been to so many doctors that are reputable but not finding answers... and especially not getting treated...

Recently had a hearing aid evaluation but I didn't opt to try one just yet.

      Please help.

Any Patulous Eustachian Tube symptoms like fluid in the ear (you can hear the fluid moving when bending over and back up), the tube flexing when speaking, autophony?

I occasionally hear my breath to answer your question. I have some patulous like symptoms but it hasn't been verified if I have that or not.
