Confused!

Hi all, I'm new here and have been getting this aswell as nystagmus since I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia last year. I haven't been offered meds or anything. I was hoping someone has been in a similar position as me because I'm not even sure the neuralgia diagnosis is correct. Is this a side effect?
