Constant Hissing in My Left Ear

Hi everyone, in the last 2 week hissing sound become constant I don't know what happened to me. I didn't sleep well I have to rely on sleeping tablets. Some one suggested me to wear white noise ear plug to distract tinnitus sounds from my ear. I am very depressed and low, I can't stop thinking about it.

Can anyone help me please?
