My tinnitus is constantly changing, and I can't figure out why. Sometimes the ringing will get louder for days at a time. Sometimes it will sound more like buzzing than ringing. It will sometimes stop in my right ear completely. I have noticed that noise exposure makes a difference, and I've seen people saying stress can trigger changes, but I have noticed changes even when my stress levels and noise exposure has been normal. I can't think of what else might be causing it to continue to change. Does it just happen for no reason sometimes? Could it possibly have something to do with food, exercise, or sleep? I'm not sure.
