Correct Use of Steroidal Nasal Spray

How do you apply the nasal spray so it goes to the eustachian tube? I tried bending my head forward, put the tube in my nose,and spraying outward, but the spray just hit the side of my nose and dripped out. Is there a good video somewhere?

I'm so confused. How does the nozzle go in the nose the way it is pointed? Is there a video somewhere?

Go to youtube and look for videos by Austin Goh, master martial arts expert and qijong expert. He has several exercises for T. The one you want is for ETD. I am severely plugged up in the mornings and THEN use my Mometesone. I can do it much better after the exercise.
