Could headaches and tiredness be caused by my tinnitus?

I have loud high pitched tinnitus. Since it started I get headaches in short bursts intermitently throughout the day. It also seems that tinnitus is a stressor and seems to be tiring. Also, I am tired all the time. I think that's because I might not be getting enough sleep. I am waking up after 6 hours of sleep. I used to be able to sleep 7 to 7 1/2 hrs.

 

I agree with Erik, @zimmy I don't have to deal with headaches very often, no more so than before I had T. But I feel tired constantly, like you. I also think its just the constant stress and anxiety for me, more so than the sleep. However, I do find I can no longer get a solid straight seven hours; it's three hours asleep, then awake, then drift back to sleep for another couple hours, then awake, the back for another two hours. Not the same as sleeping straight through.
