Darn It! I Have Gastritis and After I Eat I Get Anxiety!

When I used to eat I felt good. The bodily fluids rushed and it was nice. Now I have gastritis and after I eat
I get anxiety! AAHHHHH!

Im eating a lot of broth with beef, some turkey lots of water and calming teas. No sugars, spices or salts.
Im a mess. I dont know where this is all headed. The anxiety from both is killing me.
