Deep Breathing Exercises for Anxiety

I just want to let you all know that are new to anxiety that deep breathing exercises can help. Also, if you are familiar with deep breathing exercises and have experience, please let everyone know which one you think is best. I just tried one and was able to lower my pulse rate and became relaxed.

Breathing exercises combined with body scans, and tense and release muscle exercises also works very well for relaxing.
 
Hatha yoga is really good as it learns you deep breathing techniques ,nose breathing etc and can go on to Mantras .
