Determining Tinnitus Frequency

Hello All! Quick question I hope.

How do you all go about figuring out your frequency? I was using AudioNotch but was curious if others had other tools that worked better.

I am seeing an audiologist this week again where I am hoping they can help with accuracy.

There's an app called whist which is pretty good.
