Dizziness / Ear Infections

Anyone here experience dizziness sometimes when bending down or looking straight up?

What caused your dizziness and how did you treat it?

Also, is there anything that I can do to prevent getting an ear infection?

Am I able to cure an ear infection without going to a Dr. for antibiotics? Thanks.

You need see your doctor for ear infections.

I was told the Valsalva maneuver can help because it opens up the ear tube to help get rid of fluid that is built up behind the ear. I wonder if it can damage the ear in any way?
