Does it mean anything that my left side of my head hurts from time to time?

Does it mean anything that my left side of my head above the ear feels like there’s pressure as well it gets painful from time to time? Mostly when I wake up yet now its going on throughout the day. Almost like a headache. Since this doesn’t go on all the time I’m told by my Drs there’s no worry, they’re good Drs I just wish I knew what’s causing it and what it means.

I do have sinus issues with the ringing due to load music and construction; I also have sinus issues and IBS. Just started to get worse this spring.

Just trying to get better……
