      Thank you for your reply. I think you are being too hard on yourself and I believe you're doing just fine. You will improve at a pace that is right for you. No two people will experience tinnitus the same because there are many factors involved, not just one's personality or though this helps. It also depends what a person's lifestyle is like who they live with, whether they have other health conditions and their working environment etc...

      Please note what you said above in your post and look at what you wrote a little later:
      You are doing what's right for you and what you're able to manage. Carry on you're doing just great.

      Thanks for sharing, I think my tinnitus is stress induced too.

      When you started implementing all of these changes, how did the improvement start?

      Did you just feel a 90% reduction the next day or did it increase gradually? If it was gradual, how long did it take to get to your 90% “peak”?
