Ear Defender Recommendations?

Hi everyone,

Can anybody please recommend a pair of ear defenders please? I am going to an outdoor music event and want to be properly protected. Can I wear ear plugs with them? I am new to all of this!

This one has 31 db noise reduction rating... You don't need earplugs with these
