Okay so apparently the feeling is can't br explained but it actually feels like when you yawn and my ear feels exactly the same. When you yawn there's some air inside of your ears pushing out of the ears right? My left ear feels this when I listen to loud sounds or when I sing loud. Is this even common and normal? Thanks guys.

Could be tensor tympani syndrome. I get what you're describing with air pushing out of the ear. I get that in my right ear.

What I have described is exactly the same as when you yawn.

I guess if you have T, it's normal. When I went 'acoustic' after loud music fried me, I noticed that if I opened my mouth too far when singing it would feel weird like you describe.
