Ear Plugs/Filters for Loud Pubs, Cinema, Busy Loud Traffic

Hello,

Could you recommend discreet hearing protection for being in normal everyday loud environments. I do not have hyperacusis. Just one ear has tinnitus in it. Thank you.

I use "dubs" brand filters sometimes for stuff where I don't want to wear 22db silicone but still want a little something.

I basically like them but they're obscenely overpriced for what they are, so I can't really recommend them even though I've probably bought 10 pairs in the past 3 years (at $20 a pop). If I had more free time, I would be actively trying to make a competing product that costs 10% as much, because $20 is just highway robbery for tiny plastic 12db filters that aren't even form fitting or whatever.

Checkout DownBeats on Amazon 18 dB NRR (if I remember correctly) and you can't see them unless you look into the ear.

I use this affordable option when I just need mild protection as they are NRR 18, and can still hear plenty well with them.

I also recently purchased this one also, and it is a good deal, and offers more protection. I cut the cord off, and it has a nice carrying case. They are also the easiest earplugs to insert.
